We are a small team of dedicated craftspeople who believe that furniture can be more than functional. It can be meaningful, beautiful, and built to endure.
In a world of disposable goods, we choose permanence. Every piece we create is designed to outlast trends, to age gracefully, and to become more valuable with time and use.
We believe that how something is made matters as much as how it looks. Traditional joinery, honest materials, and patient craftsmanship create furniture with soul.
Our workshop occupies a converted warehouse in Onehunga. High ceilings and natural light create the ideal environment for precision woodworking.
Here, raw timber is transformed through a combination of modern machinery and traditional hand tools. The smell of freshly planed wood fills the air, and the rhythmic sounds of craftsmanship mark the passage of each day.
We source timber responsibly in accordance with New Zealand's environmental standards. Native New Zealand woods come from certified recycled sources, often salvaged from heritage buildings throughout Auckland and the wider region. International species are FSC-certified from sustainable forestry operations that meet our ethical criteria.
By creating furniture that lasts generations, we counter the environmental cost of disposable consumption. True sustainability means building things that never need replacing. Our commitment extends to:

We do not rush. Each piece receives the time it deserves, from careful material selection through to the final coat of finish. This patient approach is visible in the quality of the result.
Our workshop maintains a limited capacity, allowing us to give full attention to every project. We would rather make fewer pieces of exceptional quality than compromise our standards for volume.
Our Onehunga studio welcomes visitors by appointment. Experience our craftsmanship firsthand and discuss your project over coffee.
